1. Services

 

ARKA Solutions provides managed hosting, cloud deployment, and digital infrastructure services on a subscription basis. Service scope is defined by the selected plan at the time of purchase.

 

2. Subscription & Billing

 

Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Billing occurs in advance for each subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

 

3. Acceptable Use

 

Clients agree not to use ARKA Solutions services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of applicable laws or these terms.

 

4. Service Availability

 

While we aim to maintain high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

ARKA Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

6. Modifications

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
