ARKA Solutions offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on initial purchases.

 

1. Eligibility

 

New customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service does not align with the selected plan.

 

2. Scope

 

The 7-day guarantee applies only to the first payment of a new subscription. Renewal payments are not eligible for automatic refund.

 

3. Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

 

4. Abuse Prevention

 

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
